Welcome to Baer Threads in Everett, WA,
a warm and inviting retreat home designed especially for crafters.
Get away from the busyness of life to pamper yourself with great friends.
Baer Threads was created with crafters in mind
with ample lighting, extension cords, six 6-ft.tables, 8 adjustable chairs,
design walls, ironing boards and irons.
A small snack, coffee bar with sink is conveniently located in the craft room.
Our mission
is to provide a beautiful space where crafters can relax, work on projects,
and make memories with friends that last a lifetime.

RETREAT HOME
Newly remodeled home, tucked away in a private cul-de-sac,
provides plenty of space to meet all your needs.
4 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps up to 8 people with 8 twin beds,
including one bedroom that can be converted into a king-size bed.

4 Bedrooms
Each bedroom has 2 twin beds.
2 twins in one bedroom
can be converted to a king size bed. Max occupancy is 8.
3 Bathrooms
Full bathroom on upper floor.
Bathrooms with showers on lower level and off master bedroom
Kitchen
Fully stocked kitchen includes
oven, stove, microwave, two refrigerator/freezers, blender, rice cooker, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, china, cookware, and utensils.
Craft Room
The craft room on the lower level is equipped with ample lighting, extension cords, six 6-ft.tables,
8 adjustable chairs, design walls,
ironing boards and irons.

How much does it cost?Pricing Updated 9/14/2022: Maximum occupancy is 8. Two night minimum stay. Please contact us if interested or if you have any questions!

How do I secure retreat dates?Select "Book A Retreat", review the calendar for available dates, and contact us for desired dates and number of crafters. Photo ID will be required. A contract will be prepared and require your signature and 50% of total is required to secure the date and is non-refundable. Final payment is due one month before the check-in date.

What do I bring?Sewing machine, your projects, thread, yarn, needles, rotary cutter, Ott Lite, phone charging cord, scissors, seam ripper, snacks, toiletries and PJs/Slippers/Robe

Do I bring bedding? Towels?Bedding, pillows, washcloths and towels are provided. You can bring your own pillow if you wish. Hair dryers are in the bathrooms.

Do I bring food?Yes, bring delicious food. There is a full kitchen for your group to prepare meals on the main floor and a coffee bar in the craft room.

Can I bring my pet? Smoke? Vape?The house is pet-free. You are welcome to smoke outside on the deck or under the deck.

Is there WIFI?Yes, there is a strong connection for all guests.

Is there TV?Yes, there is a TV in the craft room for YouTube, etc. There is also a large flat screen on the main floor with Peacock Premium streaming TV and the ability to log into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts.

Is there laundry available?Yes, there is a full washer and dryer to use if necessary.

Is it wheelchair accessible?No, the house is a split level and is not able to accommodate wheelchairs.

Do you have a blender?Yes, we have a blender, toaster, can opener, rice cooker, Keurig, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, silverware & cooking utensils.

Where is the nearest grocery store?You are minutes away from Costco, Safeway or Albertsons.

Where is the closet quilt store?The closest quilt store is in Snohomish-Quilting Mayhem. Other information can be found in the Guest Manual on site.

Is there a hot tub?No, not at this time, but maybe in the future.
